Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) works with high school graduate and university youth to strengthen them by developing their social conscience and enabling them to take responsibility for their own future and the future of their family, society and country.

 They are looking for 4 self-motivated Cambodian Nationality with eagerness and a passion for working with Cambodian youth to become committed and active citizens who take concrete initiative to sensitize other people for promoting peaceful, justice and democratic society.

  1. Program Coordinator for Extractive Industries Transparency and Climate Change Unit
  • Responsibilities

 • Ensure the overall management of the unit activities are well implemented

• Write a progress and annual report of projects activities

• Supervise staff, conduct staff performance appraisal and need assessment

• Represent YRDP in external participation as required especially in technical aspects

• Be responsible for managerial role as a member of executive committee

• Participate in proposal writing for the unit as well as for the organization.

  • Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Development, Economics, Environment, Law, Public policy or related field

• Project Management Skills (project design, planning, work-plan management, reporting, capacity building, facilitating, and coaching experiences budgetary management and control)

• Minimum 3 years working experiences in a related field

• Excellent Khmer writing and English writing and speaking skills

• Willingness to question and change one’s own ideas and habits

• Cambodian national


  1. Trainer for democratic citizenship education
  • Responsibilities

• To design, facilitate, and evaluate training/workshops and field trip of trained youth

• To deliver short courses to youth in Personal Development, Leadership and Good Governance, Democracy and Conflict Resolution and Transformation

• To write reports and translate some basic documents into English and/or Khmer

  • Qualifications

 • Bachelor degree in education, sociology, social work, philosophy, psychology, public policies, history, law, or related field

• At least two year experience as project facilitator/trainer with knowledge of participatory approaches

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Willingness to question and change one’s own ideas and habits

• Excellent Khmer writing and good in English

• Cambodian national


  1. Program Senior Assistant for Youth Empowerment Unit
  • Responsibilities

 • Coordinate election for Alumni Leadership Committee (ALC)

• Work with ALC to conduct alumni sharing, alumni consultation forum

• Update system and tools to record alumni committee and members

• Build relationship and share/update information to alumni members and ALC

• Write reports of alumni activities to his/her supervisor

• Coordinate and manage YRDP Youth Foundation

• Cambodian national

  • Qualifications

 • Bachelor degree in psychology, sociology, education, international relation or related field

• At least two year experience in coordinating youth alumni.

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent Khmer writing and English writing and speaking skills

• Willingness to question and change one’s own ideas and habits

• Computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Base)

• Cambodian national


  1. Program Assistant for Youth Engagement in Historical Reconciliation Project
  • Responsibilities

• To assist in organizing public forums, essay competition, special feature writing, trainings, radio program, inter-generation dialogue and community dialogue

• To write report of meetings and project activities

• To prepare budget for implementing some activities and clearance

• To represent YRDP on the Youth Engagement in History for Peace and Justice at meetings when needed

  • Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in history, sociology, education, or related field

• Experience in facilitating and organizing public events

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Base)

• Demonstrates a good attitude “Team work” is highly motivated to work directly with different university youth.

• Good English writing and speaking skills

• Cambodian national
